遵义医学院生物学科介绍译文


一、本学科的定位与目标

遵义医学院生物学一级学科,由我国著名生物学家伍律、生物化学和分子生物学家李昌甫等教授、生理学家吴襄教授等创建,通过几代人的努力,生物化学和分子生物2000年建成贵州省重点学科,生理学、遗传学建成遵义医学院重点学科。生物学将进一步加大团队队伍建设力度,提高公司产品质量,立足贵州、辐射西南,争取保持省内一流、在西部有一定影响的生物学一级重点学科。

Orientation and Missions

Biology, a first-level discipline of Zunyi Medical University, was established by such renowned professors as Wu Lv, a biologist, Li Changfu, a professor in biochemistry and molecular biology and Wu Xiang, a physiologist. In the year of 2000, efforts of generations brought Biochemistry and Molecular Biology on the list of key disciplines of Guizhou Province, and Physiology and Genetics on the list of key disciplines of Zunyi Medical University. Further efforts will, in the spirit of “Maintaining a Foothold in Guizhou and Spreading Influence across Southwestern China”, be made in Biology to strengthen its faculty, to improve the quality of postgraduates, to keep it first-rate in Guizhou, and to build it into a first-level key discipline of biology in Southwestern China.

二、学科优势与特色:

(一)学科研究方向明确,突出地区特色:

1 探索基因多态与疾病的相关性,筛查易感基因型,并为西南地区多基因遗传病的预警制定相应预防措施奠定理论基础。

2 依托贵州丰富的中药资源,建立道地药材的规范化及标准化,对药材品质进行遗传资源系统评价,研发具有自主知识产权的地区特色生物产品。

Strengths and Characteristics

Clear-cut Research Specializations with Local Characteristics

1. Researches have been made to unveil the correlations of gene polymorphism with its relevant diseases and to screen the susceptibility genotypes. A theoretical framework will be laid by working out corresponding prevention measures of polygenic diseases warnings in Southwestern China.

2. Relying on the abundance of medical herb resources in Guizhou, we have formulated norms and standards for geoherbs, in a bid to systematically assess their quality from a perspective of genetic resources and to develop biological products with regional features and intellectual property rights.

(二)学科研究和应用紧密结合,服务社会:

1 深入开展麻醉与疼痛的神经化学机制研究,疼痛与镇痛科研平台的建设,为科研人员研究痛觉的神经化学机制、镇痛药物研发、临床镇痛新技术提供实践基地,进行疼痛专科技术人员的基础理论知识培训与继续教育。

2 从分子生物学的角度深入探索心血管疾病、肿瘤、西南地区多基因遗传病的发病机制,并利用基因工程技术催化药物合成,开展中药分子水平鉴定和治疗等基础应用研究

Disciplinary Research in Close Connection with Application for Social Needs

(1) Intensive study has been conducted of neurochemical mechanisms of anesthesiology and pain, the construction of scientific research about pain and analgesia, creating an experiment base for research faculties to study on neurochemical mechanisms of pain, development of analgesics and advanced techniques of clinical analgesia. The further education and relevant trainings of basic theoretical knowledge shall also be carried on for technical personnel in this area.

(2) Researches are delved into the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease, tumors and polygenic diseases in Southwestern China from the perspective of molecular biology. Meanwhile, the genetic engineering technology is exploited to catalyzed medicine synthesis. And the basic application research is carried on the identification and treatment of the molecular of Chinese medicine herb.

(三)学科团队力量较强,科研平台较完善:

学科有教育部新世纪人才1名,西部之光学者2名,遵义市“15851精英工程二层次人才1人,另有校级候鸟、客座教授3人。具有硕/博学位者占教学人员比例达77%。近五年获得3项中央财政支出地方高校实验室建设项目,总建设经费1000多万元,建有贵州省生物化学与分子生物学重点学科实验室,生物学创新型研究人才培养基地和实验室等

 Competent Teaching Staff and a Favorable Research Platform

There are one teacher honored as “New Century Talent” at the level of Ministry of Education, two as “West Light Foundation” scholars, one as “Talent of 15851 Elite Project” in Zunyi and three guest professors. Teachers with Master’s Degree or PhDs account for 77% of the academic staff. In the last five years, three projects of laboratory construction in local universities have been undertaken here financially supported by the central government with more than ten million yuan in total. Chemistry and Molecular Biology Laboratories of Guizhou Province, cultivation bases and laboratories for innovative research experts of biology have also been built here.

三、人才培养目标

生物学科不断深化研究生教学改革,以科研促进教学素质的全面提升,培养的研究生人才要求德、智、体全面发展,研究生通过学习,系统地掌握本学科的基础理论、专业知识和实践技能;具备创新精神以及从事研究工作的能力;较为熟练地掌握一门外国语,熟练阅读本学科外文文献及进行一般会话;毕业后能独立地在研究院(所)、大专院校及相关单位从事科学研究、技术指导、资源开发、教学及管理工作

Education Objectives

The teaching reform has been constantly delved into the postgraduate education of Biology. The scientific research has also brought about teaching improvement. Postgraduates are supposed to have an all-round development in morality, intelligence and physical performance. They are required to systematically master the basic theories, professional knowledge and practical skills; they are supposed to be creative, and be skilled in researching; they should be familiar with a foreign language, skilled in reading foreign language documents of this subject and able to make daily conversations with foreigners; they should be qualified for such work after graduation as scientific research, technical direction, resource development, teaching and management in research institutes, colleges as well as other relevant institutions.

四、学科方向设置:

(一) 遗传多态性与疾病研究:探索基因多态与疾病的相关性,筛查易感基因型,为人类多基因遗传病的预警及制定相应预防措施奠定理论基础。

(二)中药性状遗传机制研究:在分子水平上,对动植物药用品质进行遗传资源系统评价,开展药用资源的高效筛选、优质基因的开发利用等研究工作,对药用植物的遗传工程育种提供理论指导。

(三)疾病的分子机制及中药防治:探索趋化因子、20-羟二十烷四烯酸以及血管紧张素II等参与心血管疾病的发病机制,同时观察并分析利用天然产物防治心血管疾病的分子机理。

(四)疼痛与镇痛的神经化学机制研究:探索神经活性物质及相应受体、相关基因参与疼痛感受的神经化学机制,为镇痛药物研发找到对症下药的靶点,有针对性地减轻疼痛。

(五)神经系统疾病的发病机制研究:探索相关基因、蛋白质参与癫痫、阿尔茨海默病的分子机制,并筛选天然产物防治神经系统疾病。

(六)肿瘤生化研究:探索各种体内活性物质等参与呼吸及消化系统肿瘤转移、耐药的分子机制,同时观察并分析利用天然产物延缓肿瘤转移,扭转肿瘤耐药的分子机理。

Disciplinary Specializations

  1. Research on Genetic Polymorphisms and relevant diseases

    Research will be conducted to unveil the correlations of gene polymorphism with its relevant diseases and then reveal the susceptibility genotypes. A theoretical basis will be given for working out corresponding prevention measures of polygenic diseases warnings in Southwestern China.

  2. Research on genetic mechanisms of Chinese medicine properties

    In the level of molecular, the quality of Chinese medicines from animals and plants shall be evaluated systematically as a genetic resource. Research shall be carried on effectively selecting medicinal resources, exploiting the high quality genes, and providing theory for genetic breeding of medicinal plants.

  3. Research on molecular mechanisms of diseases and prevention by Chinese medicine

    The study is made to unveil the relations of the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease with chemokine, 20-HETE and angiotensin , as well as to observe and analyze the molecular mechanisms of cardiovascular disease prevented by natural products.

  4. Research on neurochemical mechanisms of pain and analgesia

    Research is conducted to explore the neurochemical mechanisms of pain perception participated with neural active factors, the related receptors, and the related genes in hope of finding out the key point in the research and development of analgesics so as to relieve pain pertinently.

  5. Research on pathogenesis of nervous system diseases

    Research is made to explore the molecular mechanisms of epilepsy and Alzheimer's disease participated with related genes and protein, and to explore the natural products to prevent nervous system diseases.

  6. Research on biochemistry of tumor

    Research is made to explore the molecular mechanisms of tumor metastasis and drug resistance in respiratory and digestive systems participated with various internal active factors, and to observe and analyze the molecular mechanisms of using natural products to put off tumor metastasis, and to reverse tumor resistance to anti-tumor drugs.

    五、国内外影响

    遵义医学院的生物化学和分子生物学、生理学早在1955年开始招收硕士研究生,1981年获教育部批准为全国首批硕士学位授权点,通过多年的建设和发展,已拥有一支学术水平较高、创新能力较强、人员组成合理的团队队伍,培养的研究生获众多单位好评,学科在省内和国内有一定的影响

    Domestic and International Influence

    Back in 1955, postgraduates started to be recruited in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Physiology. Zunyi Medical University was among the first institutions approved to run masterate programs by the Ministry of Education in 1981. Through years of development, we have built a well-organized faculty of high academic performance and innovative capacity. Postgraduates we have graduated have received favorable comments from various employers. Biology of Zunyi Medical University has made a difference in Guizhou Province as well as in China.
