一、学科的定位与目标
遵义医学院基础医学一级学科,由我国著名微生物学家魏曦院士,古人类学家吴汝康院士,病理学家杨简教授,病理生理学家魏文汉教授,医学寄生虫学家黄惠芬教授,组织胚胎学家薛社普教授,免疫学家张颖悟教授等创建,他们为本学科的医学研究、学风与团队队伍建设、研究生教育打下了坚实的基础,通过几代人的努力,2010年获得基础医学一级学科硕士学位授权点,2015年获贵州省特色重点学科。本学科主要为高等医药院校及研究机构培养团队,为临床和制药企业等输送复合型人才。学科争取十三五期间建成博士授权一级学科,保持贵州省内一流,在西部有一定影响的重点学科。
I. The missions and orientations
The first-level discipline of basic medical sciences of Zunyi Medical University is jointly established by Wei Xi, a well-known microbiologist and academician, Wu Rukang, a paleoanthropologist and academician, Professor Yang Jian, a pathologist, Professor Wei Wenhan, a pathological physiologist, Professor Huang Huifen, a medical parasitologist, Professor Xue Shepe, a histologist and embryologist, and Professor Zhang Yingwu, a immunologist. These scholars have laid sound foundation for medical research, teaching staff construction and postgraduate education. Through several generations’ efforts, the master degree of the first-level discipline of basic medical sciences was granted in 2010 and it won the provincial key disciplines in 2015. Nowadays, it aims to cultivate teachers in higher medical institutions and research institutes, so as to train versatile talents for clinical and pharmaceutical enterprises. In the 13th Five-Year Plan, it strives to build up the doctoral degree of the first-level discipline, to maintain the first-class status and to become an influential key discipline in Guizhou Province.
二、学科优势与特色
(一)学科目前建成了8个二级学科硕士点,开展密切交叉的教学和科研:(1)解剖学和组织胚胎学;(2)病理学和病理生理学;(3)病原生物学;(4)免疫学;(5)法医学;(6)细胞生物学;(7)转化医学;(8)人文医学。
(二)学科紧密结合贵州高发病、多发病及特色资源,形成了4个优势的稳定研究方向:(1)免疫治疗基础研究;(2)肿瘤发生机制的基础研究;(3)感染性疾病机制研究;(4)贵州医学昆虫开发与利用研究。
(三)学科团队队伍年龄、学历、职称、学缘结构合理,发展潜力大:20多名青年教师博士毕业于国内外重点高校,目前有二级教授1人,三级教授5人,教育部新世纪人才2人,多名教师在全国性学术团体担任理事和学术期刊编委。
(四)学科建有良好教学和科研实验平台:近5年获多项中央财政支持地方高校实验室专项等,建有国家医学虚拟仿真实验教学中心;贵州省基础医学实验教学示范中心;贵州省免疫分子应用工程研究中心;贵州省免疫学、基础医学特色重点学科实验室等。
(五)学科有着稳定的课题研究经费:近5年获得国家自然科学基金30多项;973前期1项;教育部新世纪人才2项;其他省部级项目多项。
II. The superiorities and features
1. At present, the discipline, equipped with 8 second-level master’ s degree programs, carries out a series of correlative cross teaching and scientific researches: (1) Anatomy and Histoembryology (2) Pathology and pathophysiology (3) Pathogen Biology (4) Immunology (5) Forensic Medicine (6) Cell Biology (7) Translational Medicine (8) Humanistic Medicine.
2. The discipline, with close integration of frequently-occurring diseases and featured resources in Guizhou Province, forms 4 stable and superior research directions: (1) the basic research on immunotherapy (2) the basic research on the pathogenesis of cancer (3) the research on the pathogenesis of infectious diseases (4) the research on the development and utilization of Guizhou medical insects.
3. The faculty members, with a reasonable structure of age, educational background, professional title and academic proportion, have great potential:over 20 young teachers with doctor’s degree graduating from key universities at home and abroad, 1 second-grade professor, 5 third-grade professors, 2 teachers titled New Century Talents selected by the Ministry of Education of China, and many teachers being the members of councils at national academic organizations, as well as editorial board of academic journals.
4. The discipline is equipped with qualified platforms for teaching and scientific searches: in nearly 5 years, the laboratories gained many financial supporting projects from the central government and set up a National Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Center, a Guizhou Basic Medical Sciences Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, a Guizhou Immune Molecules Application Project and Researching Center and 2 special key discipline laboratories for immunology and basic medical sciences of Guizhou Province, etc.
5. The discipline has stable funds for researching: in recent 5 years, the school obtained more than 30 National Science Foundation of China, a 973 Program (early stage), 2 New Century Excellent Talents of Ministry of Education of China and many other provincial researching funds.
三、人才培养目标:
基础医学人才培养是医学教育、医疗卫生、生物科学等社会事业发展所必需,本学科有着优良传承和注重员工的实践能力提高,坚持传、帮、带的团队培养和突出员工创新能力的医学人才培养模式,基础医学现有省级精品课程2门,国家视频公开课1门,近年主编、参编国家级规划教材 5部。学科一直和临床医学、制药企业联合培养研究生,共同组建了多个研究生教育创新基地,一直努力培养扎实的医学基础理论和丰富实践技能的复合型医学人才。
III. Objective of talents cultivation
The cultivation of talents in basic medical sciences is the core to develop social undertakings, like medical education, medical care and biological sciences. With fine transmission, the discipline emphasizes on improving students’ practical ability, insists on teachers-training mode featuring delivery, help and guidance, and stresses on students’ innovation ability. With these characteristics, it now has 2 excellent courses at provincial level, 1 opening course channel. Besides, some teachers are involved in 5 nationally planned textbooks as chief editors. The discipline co-cultivates graduate students with clinical medicine and pharmaceutical enterprise, and co-fund many educational innovation bases for students to strengthen their foundation of basic theories about medicine and cultivate interdisciplinary medical talents with rich experiences in practice.
四、学科方向设置
(一)免疫治疗基础研究:主要开展T细胞CDR3组库、免疫分子、CXCR4靶向药物设计在疾病中的机制和个体化靶向治疗的基础研究。
(二)肿瘤发生机制的基础研究:主要探讨TLR9和差异性miRNAs的表达与肿瘤发生、转移的关系研究。
三)病原生物与疾病基础研究:围绕结核杆菌、乙型肝炎病毒、出血热病毒、隐孢子虫、细粒棘球绦虫等病原生物,探讨其致病的新的机制及在疾病诊疗中的潜在应用研究。
(四)医学昆虫资源及开发利用:结合贵州省的昆虫资源,开展家蝇生物学、家蝇抗菌蛋白诱导及利用、芫菁分泌的斑蝥素存在形式及药效、毒隐翅虫分泌的毒隐翅虫素开发研究。
(五)重大疾病的转化医学基础研究:主要开展骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死缺血再灌注、冠状动脉支架植入术后再狭窄防治措施、肝脏疾病及肿瘤发生发展中重要生物标志物的寻找及确定等基础和临床密切结合的转化医学研究。
(六)骨骼肌形态学的基础研究:主要开展骨骼肌的肌纤维型分布、肌构筑研究;骨骼肌的肌内、外神经及运动终板分布规律、损伤后骨骼肌萎缩机制等研究。
IV. Discipline orientation
1.The foundamental research on Immunotherapy: it mainly aims at the mechanism and individual targeted therapy of CDR3 bank of T cell, immune molecules and the design of CXCR4 targeted drug hit by diseases.
2.The foundamental research on pathogenesis of cancer: it mainly studies the relationship of TLR9, the expression of variasility miRNAs and the growth and metastasis of tumor.
3. The fundamental research on pathogen biology and diseases: do researches about the potential application in some new pathogenic mechanism and therapies on pathogen biology like mycobacterium tuberculosis, hepatitis B virus, homonhagic fever virus and echnoccus granulosus.
4. The development and utilization of medical insect resources: with the abundant insect resources in Guizhou Province, developments and researches on housefly biology, the inducement and application of antibacterial protein, the existing form and efficacy of cantharidin secreted by blister beetles, pederin secreted by paederus are able to be carried out.
5. The translational medical research on critical illness: translational medicine research, being closely intertwined with basic clinical medicine, mainly focuses on mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on myocardial infarction ischemia reperfusion, the prevention and treatment of coronary stents implantation, the search and determination of significant biomarker in the development of liver diseases and tumors.
6. The fundamental research on morphology of skeletal muscle: it mainly aims at studying the fiber types distribution in skeletal muscle, muscle architecture, the distribution law about its intra and extra-muscular nerve and motor end plate and the impaired atrophy mechanism.
五、国内外影响
遵义医学院基础医学曾涌现出魏曦等多名著名学者,主编的“病理生理学”等教材在全国医学院校一直广使用,病理学等学科为国内第一批获得硕士授权点,通过多年的建设,学科在贵州乃至全国保持良好发展,为我国培养了大量优秀医学人才。
V. The domestic and international influences
There are many prominent scholars in this area. For example, Professor Wei Xi involves in editing textbooks like Pathophysiology, which are widely used in medical colleges and universities. In addition, the master degree of pathology at Zunyi Medical University was firstly granted in China. After years of construction, the discipline keeps positive development in China and cultivates a plenty of superior medical talents.
