【配音】由遵义市人民政府、贵州省农业委员会、中国蔬菜流通协会主办的，以“生态黔椒 泉涌天下”为主题的，2017中国·遵义第二届国际辣椒博览会，在新蒲新区隆重开幕。来自国内外知名企业、专家、学者及省市领导出席。开幕式上，遵义市被授予了“中国辣椒之都”、“中国辣椒产品质量检测中心”牌匾。此外，现场还进行了精彩纷呈的文艺演出。
Hosted by Zunyi Municipal People's Government, Agriculture Committee of Guizhou Province, and Vegetable Circulation Association of China, and on the theme of “Ecological Pepper, Treasure in Xinpu”, 2017 the 2nd China Zunyi International Pepper Expo was solemnly opened in Xinpu new district. Well-known enterprises at home and abroad, experts, scholars and provincial leaders attended the opening ceremony. At the ceremony, Zunyi was awarded the plaque with the title “ Pepper City of China” and “China Capsicum Products Quality Inspection Center”. In addition, wonderful theatrical performances also presented.

绥阳县第三届辣椒节开幕
The 3rd Pepper Festival in Suiyang County Kicked Off
【配音】绥阳县第三届辣椒节拉开帷幕。开幕当天，绥阳县与江西福轩、上海天喔集团、北京网库3家企业签约辣椒产业合作发展项目，签约资金18.45亿元。并为广东省农科院、贵州省辣椒研究所等14家企业颁发推介辣椒品种证书。
The 3rd Pepper Festival in Suiyang County was kicked off. On the opening day, Suiyang County signed cooperation agreements over the development of pepper industry with Jiangxi Fuxuan Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Tenwow Group, and Beijing Net Warehouse, involving 1 billion 845 million Yuan. Besides that, Suiyang County issued Certificates of Pepper Promotion to 14 enterprises like Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Guizhou Pepper Research Institute.

The Pepper City of China Put Into Operation
【配以】位于新蒲经济开发区的中国辣椒城顺利开园，并被授予“智慧园区”牌匾。这一项目于2014年7月正式启动，总投资15亿元，占地面积约636亩。开园运营后，能满足75万吨辣椒交易量，56万吨冷链仓储周转量，120万吨物流规划吞吐量，年交易金额可达100亿元。
Located in Xinpu economic development zone, the “Pepper City” opened smoothly, and it was awarded the plaque with the title “Intelligent Park”. The project was officially launched in July 2014 with a total investment of 1 billion 500 million Yuan, covering an area of about 636 Mu. After operation, the Pepper City will provide enough space for 750 thousand tons of pepper trade, 560 thousand tons of cold chain storage of the circular flow, 12 million tons of planned logistic throughput, and the annual transaction amount will reanch 10 billion Yuan.

【配音】国际采购商大会暨辣椒产业招商引资推介会，在新蒲新区新城大酒店举行。推介会上，华大基因集团、重庆德庄（集团）公司、远成（集团）物流公司、上海天喔食品（集团）、成都香天下食品有限公司等国内知名企业与遵义市贵三红等辣椒生产企业、中国辣椒城物流园区、辣椒主产县政府达成合作意向和项目共29个、涉及金额46.62亿元。
The International Procurement Conference and Pepper Industry Investment Promotion Meeting were held in Xincheng Hotel in Xinpu new district. On the promotion meeting, Well-known domestic enterprises like BGI, Chongqing Morals Village, Yuancheng Group, Tenwow Group, and Chengdu Xiangtianxia Company separately signed with Zunyi Guisanhong and other pepper production enterprises, logistics park in pepper city, and pepper producing county government, and reach a total of 29 cooperation intentions and projects, involving an investment of 4 billion 662 million Yuan.

Guizhou province is one of the earliest areas for pepper planting in China, dating back to 400 years ago. While in Guizhou, there is a saying which goes that “In China the best pepper is in Southwest, where the best pepper is in Guizhou, where the best pepper is in Zunyi”.
走进遵义市绥阳县风华镇，贵州省千亩辣椒新品种新技术新材料展示基地，红黄绿紫，绚烂夺目。虽然现在距离辣椒采摘还有十多天的时间，但是很多全国各地的客商早早地来到这里进行订购。
Walking into the Guizhou Pepper Exhibition Base located in Fenghua town, Suiyang County, you can see different kinds of pepper in various dazzling colors. It's still more than 10 days away from pepper picking, but many merchants from all over China came here early to order pepper.
【同期声】上海采购商 龚玉雄：这次来主要是看这个辣椒的长势的情况，这个辣椒长势还是蛮好的，你看看这个辣椒差不多能长到17到20公分长度，色泽也比较红润，我们觉得比较满意。总的辣椒收购量大概在5万吨左右，一年产值估计要超过三个亿。
Shanghai Buyer Gong Yuxiong: I’m here mainly to see the growth of pepper, it’s good. You see, this pepper can grow to almost 17 to 20 cm long. The color is ruddy, we are satisfied. The total amount of pepper receipts is probably around 50 thousand tons, and the annual output value is expected to exceed three hundred million.

Zunyi has a pepper planting area of 2 million Mu, ranking the first in the 7 major pepper producing areas in China. Located in Xinpu new district, the Xiazi pepper market is the largest specialty pepper market at present in China, and its annual turnover amounts to more than 3 billion Yuan. Guizhou pepper is collected and distributed in the market, meanwhile, pepper from other regions like Xinjiang, Henan, Hunan, and other countries like South Korea and Burma is also traded here.
干辣椒和辣椒制品出口英国、俄罗斯、美国等30多个国家和地区，形成了“买全球、卖全球”的格局。怡人的气候、优良的品质、火爆的市场，也吸引了一些外省的辣椒种植大户到遵义来种植辣椒。
Dried pepper and pepper products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions like Britain, Russia, and the United States, forming a pattern of “buying globally and selling globally”. A pleasant climate, fine quality, and high demand market have attracted a large number of pepper growers from other provinces to Zunyi to grow pepper.

The soil and climate here are good, and the peppers tastes very good. basically, the pepper production here can reach 7500 kilograms to ten thousand kilograms.

One hundred grams of pepper comprise more than 13 grams of protein, 8.2 grams of fat, 8.4 grams of carbohydrate, and 198 mg of vitamin C.
